Title:  Everything You Always Wanted to Know About the Taylor Foundation but Were Afraid to Ask.
Writer:  Fabian Nicieza
Penciler:  Mark Bagley

Synopsis:  Chord is being chased by Night Thrasher.  When Thrasher catches up to him, he strings him up by his neck telling him that he will find out the truth and if he doesn't like it, he'll kill Chord.  Elsewhere, Rich meets Vance outside of a strip club where Pretty Persuasion is now working.  After the show, they talk with her and let her know that the Warriors will be watching to make sure that she doesn't step out of line again.  Afterwards, they take off to a meeting with the Warriors, which we find out that Dwayne had cancelled but was rescheduled by Chord.  At the Crashpad, Silhouette meets Night Thrasher, who is in tears and tells her that he thinks everything in his life has been a lie.  At Mount Sinai Hospital, Chord sends a message to Robbie informing him of the rescheduled meeting.  He then meets Firestar and Namorita at the entrance, after they had just been to check up on Mathemanic,  and tells them about the meeting.  Back at the Crashpad, Dwayne tells Silhouette about the information he has uncovered after noticing the name "Ophrah Industries" in the notes of a meeting.  Ophrah Industries was involved in the Proteus situation, and caused Dwayne to wonder what kind of dealing the Taylor Foundation was doing.  In his research, Dwayne found multiple questionable dealings with companies such as Stane and Justin Hammer.  Dwayne tells Silhouette about when he was chasing and that he ran towards a model shop.  They decide to go and check out the shop.  When they arrive they discover a basement with crates of guns.  Just then, Night Thrasher is attacked from behind.  Night Thrasher overpowers the attacker and gets the man to admit that Chord is behind the guns and the model shop being used as a front.  Meanwhile, Rich and Vance arrive at the Crashpad and are greeted by Chord, who is aiming a gun at them. Chord lowers his gun and explains that he thought it might be Dwayne and Silhouette.  Chord then explains his altercation with Dwayne earlier.  Chord leads them to believe that Dwayne may be under some sort of mind control and that the Warriors should be ready for him if he returns.  Later, when Dwayne and Silhouette arrive they are confronted by the Warriors.  Silhouette tries to explain that Chord is to blame for the recent trouble.  Then Chord fires concussion grenades at them both.  Silhouette tells the rest of the Warriors that Chord has been paying a convicted arms dealer since 1982.  Confronted with this evidence, Chord, rather than tell them the truth, attempts to kill himself by putting a bullet through his brain.  The Warriors rush him to the hospital, where they are told that he may not survive the night.  Thrasher tells the Warriors that they are going to Vail, Colorado to question Gideon, the owner of Ophrah Industries.
