Synopsis:  Terrax destroys Genetech.  The New Warriors and Psionex emerge, having been protected by Marvel Boy's telekinetic shield, to find that Terrax has taken off, leaving a trail of destruction.  Walter Rosen explains to the New Warriors that Terrax used Harmon Furmintz as a host body and recorporated himself.  Psionex, with the exception of Mathemanic and Impulse, decide to take off instead of helping with the Terrax threat. The Warriors try to take Terrax down the way the previously did by breaking his contact with the ground.  But they find that Terrax is no longer in such a weakened state.  During the battle, Impulse is struck by Terrax, appearing to have broken his back.  In Riker's Island Prison, Midnight's Fire is visited by a strange man, who appears out of nowhere, calling himself that Left Hand.  The Left Hand tells Midnight's Fire that if he joins him he will guide him to the truth about himself, Silhouette, and Night Thrasher.  Intrigued, Midnight's Fire decides to join The Left Hand.  Back in Queens, the New Warriors continue their battle with Terrax.  When the battle appears to be hopeless, Nova takes off while the other Warriors continue their battle.  After most of the Warriors have been defeated by Terrax, Firestar become conscious again and tells him that they will never stop trying to defeat him.  As he is about to kill her he is shot from behind by Nova, who has shown up with the Fantastic Four.
