Synopsis:  A super-human named Star Thief is thwarting rocket launches for the European and Indian Space Agencies for unknown reasons.  At the home of Dwayne Taylor, he and Chord are viewing videos of training sessions with the Warriors and discussing the strengths and weaknesses of the team when Marvel Boy walks in.  Marvel Boy explains to Dwayne what is happening with Star Thief and says that he wants the Warriors to go after him.  At Empire State University, Nita is approached by a college professor who says she needs the help of Namorita.  Her husband has discovered information regarding Stane Industries dumping chemical waste in space.  In Springdale, CT, Robbie Baldwin's mother, Maddie, leaves for Brazil to work with Project: Earth, much to her husband's disapproval.  Back at the Ambrose building penthouse, the New Warriors have already started their meeting without Namorita or Speedball, who is bouncing past the window uncontrollably unbeknownst to the Warriors inside.  Marvel Boy briefs Nova and Firestar on the situation with Star Thief when Speedball crashes through the window.  The Warriors decide to stop Star Thief at the next scheduled launch.  Namorita walks in and says she knows when the next launch will be, but that they must make sure it never leaves the ground.  Elsewhere, the White Queen, having discovered the hack into the Hellfire Club's computers, knows that information regarding Firestar was the reason for the invasion.  And Nearby, a mysterious unnamed woman discusses the details for an archeological party in Cairo.  Three days later the New Warriors fly to the Philippines to investigate the claims made against Stane Industries.  While there, they encounter Star Thief and a battle ensues.  Down on the ground, Speedball, Night Thrasher, and Marvel Boy have to defend themselves against attacks from Mandroids. Nova flies down to assist.  Marvel Boy flies up to the rocket to help Namorita and Firestar.  While inside the rocket Star Thief sees the hazardous waste and realizes why the Warriors tried to stop him.  Marvel Boy realizes that Namorita was telling the truth about Stane.  On the ground, Robert Hanklin, project coordinator for Stane orders the rocket to be launched while Namorita, Marvel Boy, Firestar, and Star Thief are still inside.  Night Thrasher grabs Hanklin who then reveals that the chemicals are going to be dumped on the moon, not in open space.
