announcement
time
for
Nova
fans!
The
first
issue
of
the
new
Nova
ongoing
series,
which
went
on
sale
April
11th,
has
sold
out
at
distributors!
The
issue,
written
by
Dan
Abnett
and
Andy
Lanning
and
penciled
by
Sean
Chen,
may
still
be
available
at
local
comic
book
retailers.
However,
Marvel
is
not
currently
planning
to
reprint
the
issue,
so
be
sure
to
get
your
copy
soon

Two exciting New Warriors related announcements today!
 First,
The Loners #1 has sold out at distributors! The first issue of this six
issue miniseries, which features former New Warriors, Turbo and Darkhawk, may
still be available at your retailer. But future orders cannot be placed at this
time as Marvel does not currently plan on reprinting the issue. If the
series sells well overall, then there is the possibility that Marvel could
approve more Loners mini series and perhaps even an ongoing series.

exciting news!

Second,
Marvel is releasing another Power Pack series under their
Marvel Adventures line, Fantastic Four and Power Pack. The four issue mini
series begins in July! The mini sees the return of artwork by the
Gurihiru art team, who were responsible for the art on the first four Power Pack
mini series under the Marvel Adventure line. However, this is the first of
the mini series not to be written by Marc Sumerak. Fantastic Four and
Power Pack, the sixth of the recent Power Pack mini series, will be written by
Fred Van Lente. Van Lente has written several comics for Marvel's
Adventure line of comics and the story arc in Amazing Fantasy vol. 2 that
introduced the new Scorpion, Camilla Black, in issues 7-12. Check out Van
